1. What makes the Key Ingredients different from other kit clubs?

Our Key Ingredients kits are specifically geared toward the card maker. We search high and low for the latest and greatest products, allowing you an opportunity to try a wide variety from unique manufacturers each month!

We're proud to provide everything you'll need to whip up a perfectly coordinated batch of cards! And because the hard work of coordinating these items is already done, your cards will come together quickly and easily allowing you to make good use of your valuable crafting time!

2. I just purchased a subscription! What happens next?

If you purchased the subscription before the end of the current month, you will start with the current month's kit. If you purchased the subscription after the end of the month, you will start with the following month's kit. (Example: If you purchased a subscription on January 31st, you would receive the January kit as your first month. If you purchased a subscription on February 1st, you would receive the February kit as your first month.)

The first month of your subscription is paid upon your checkout from our website. Your credit card will not be charged again until the second month of your subscription.

3. What day of the month will my credit card be charged?

After the first month of your subscription, your credit card is charged on the 14^th of each month for the duration.

4. How do I get the 10% discount plus free shipping for additional products I want to add to my subscription shipment?

We're excited to be able to offer all subscribers a 10% discount on all orders placed between the 10th and the 13th of each month. Customers in the US also receive free shipping on their additional orders! Each month you'll receive an email with a coupon code. The coupon is only good between the 10th - 13th of each month and the products you order will be combined with your kit shipment. Please be sure you allow emails from tayloredexpressions@gmail.com to ensure you receive the coupon code each month.

5. When will you ship my monthly kit?

Kits will ship on the 15th of each month via United States Postal Service (USPS). Kits shipped in the United States are shipped Priority Mail which will arrive in approximately 1-3 business days. International packages ship via USPS First Class and can take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

6. What if I need to change my shipping or billing information?

Please use this contact form to make us aware of any change in your shipping information. Make sure you include your full name on the contact form. If you need to update your billing information please provide a phone number where you can be reached. In order to protect your identity, do not send credit card information through email.

7. Where can I find inspiration for the kit?

The Key Ingredients design team does an incredible job of sharing their talents to inspire you and jump-start your creativity! 8. What forms of payment do you accept?

Taylored Expressions currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

9. Can I skip kits?

We realize that during these tough economic times you may be a little short of cash during one of your subscription months. Skipping kits once every 6 months is allowed.

To skip a month, simply email us at kits@tayloredexpressions.com before the 1st of the month you wish to skip. This will then automatically lengthen your subscription by one month.

10. What if I want to cancel my subscription?

A $20.00 fee is assessed when a kit subscription is canceled within the first 3 months. This is an unfortunate situation, but we must charge this fee since we are ordering materials several months in advance based on current subscriptions.

11. May I ship my kit to someone else?

Yes, you may ship your kit to someone else. If you would like to do this, please email kits@tayloredexpressions.com by the 1st of the month with the address to where you'd like your kit shipped.
